Students can select any academic major at Denison in order to prepare for the MHA program. Students can be offered instruction where they are. Their faculty or instructional team can itself be spatially distributed and can include lawyers and judges in addition to “resident” full-time academics. Students must come in and sign-up for these scheduled sessions.

Students meeting it for the first time usually expect tax law to be nothing more than complicated, convoluted, and inconsistent principles that defy understanding. It doesn’t take long, though, for students who take the time to consider the tax law to learn that much of it is complicated, but symmetrical, logical, and coherent.

Imagine no parking problems, no registration lines, reasonable textbook pricing, tuition, and imagine learning everything with the help of cutting edge technology! This is a “live or real time” law school class. Imagine where our grads could wind up if they studied theology on-line. Imagine how openly gay literature and advocacy would have characterized by champions of public morality and appropriateness in our less secular past. The irony extends to trash talk of a factual nature, too.
